In case of any delays our staff will call you and arrange for a delivery as per your convenience.

Missed Deliveries:

For any reason if the delivery is not successful, the driver will leave the items at a safe spot. In case when this is not possible, Driver will take it back to the store with him/her and the staff will notify you via sms/call. Any re-delivery costs due to no fault of ours will be born by the customer.

On Call Returnse

We are one of a kind and offer 14 days 100% money back guarantee on our products except on sale short expiry items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To claim your refund, Kindly reach out to us as soon as you know of an issue via our email returns@namohsupermarket.com.au. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account, within a certain amount of days. You can let us know if you need the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards or Credit vouchers can not be redeemed as cash or as refund into your bank account.
